DUTIES & RESPONSIBITIES

· Coordinate and execute the setup of banquets, ensuring a captivating atmosphere for guests.

· Provide hands-on assistance to actively support and coordinate various events.

· Arrange tables, chairs, audio-visual equipment, and other necessary elements for banquet events.

· Ensure timely and efficient setup according to event specifications.

· Guarantee the smooth flow of activities, upholding the high standards expected at the Singapore Flyer.

· Ensure a high level of service is maintained throughout events, addressing guest needs and concerns promptly.

· Assist other F&B outlets whenever needed

· Able to work on shift including working on weekends and public holidays.

· Any other duties as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

· At least 3 years of relevant experience in the F&B industry. Previous experience in event coordination or related roles is preferred.

· Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

· Effective communication skills and service oriented and an excellent team player

· Enjoy interaction with customers, able to communicate effectively with strong interpersonal skills

· Bilingual will be a plus

Job Summary

This position will support the organization by partnering with business leaders and employees to provide the employee lifecycle services, implement Southeast Asia region’s HR programs, and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the HR function. Key Accountabilities

Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for assigned business units to ensure smooth integration of new hire into the organization.

Employee Engagement & Development:

• Build and promote employee engagement, champion of employee and organisational change management and development activities.
• Establish strong & influential relationships with leaders and managers in your client group, provide sound advice, support and guidance aligned with HR & business strategy.
