• Knowledge and experience in Retail/F&B interior fit-out works. (Supermarket, Food Court and Restaurant)
• Ability to use AutoCAD software, and read technical drawings. (Archi, M&E, Equipment specifications, etc.)
• Knowledge on Microsoft Excel to produce project budgeting/CAPEX
• Knowledge on Singapore Police Force Liquor license applications and Singapore Food Agency applications, is an added advantage
• Having open mindset to learn, being a team player, and thriving well in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision.

• Course Organization and Implementation (Key contact point):
  Assist course organizers in preparation of course proposals for Centre Director’s approval
  Assist as CHPT liaison with invited speakers and course trainers regarding course details, speaker logistics and social arrangements (where applicable)
  Assist course organizers to plan and execute course organization, including, but not limited to Publicity; registration; Management of queries;Course logistics (venue, refreshments, course materials, course certificates, AV requirements, etc.) and Management of course feedback & 3-month post-course feedback
• Develop, implement and adhere to course planning and implementation timelines
• Achieve minimum course attendance and full cost recovery for each course organized
• General administration and day to day support:
  Provide timely and regular updates to Centre Director (collation of data, slides preparation) on centre’s progress
  Prepare end of course reports to update course organizer and Centre Director which includes, but not limited to, the following: Participants’ profiles/Analysis of course feedback/Learning points AND Recommendations

• Submit end of course reports within 1 month after each course run

Requirements:

• Education: Min. A Level / Higher Nitec / Diploma.
• Good with Excel and other MS Office applications
• Working Location: Kent Ridge & Alexandra
• Working Hour: Mon to Thur: 8.30am to 6pm and Fri: 8.30pm to 5.30pm
• The salary range will be up to $2400 depending on the working experience.
• Able to contract 6 months contract - to cover maternity

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide sales support to distribution channels by presenting product information and handling operational enquiries
• Handle and disseminate regular product updates and circulars
• Plan and conduct product training sessions for distribution channels
• Update performance records and presentation materials and handouts
• Provide data analytical insights based on product performance and channel engagement

Requirements:

• Minimum (equivalent) degree level, preferably from Business/Finance/Marketing/IT field
• At least 3 years of experience (Preferably with both front- and back-end office experience in the financial industry and with basic computing knowledge)
