• Assisting with research, filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with at least 3 years working in Singapore
• Familiar with accounting softwares such as Xero, Quickbook, Autocount
• Familiar with CPF submission system, IRAS filing system especially GST
• Audit experiences is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese due to Chinese clientele
• Willing to learn and good problem solving skills
• Strong analytical abilities and good communication and negotiation skills

Job Description:

• Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Identify high growth areas and expand School identity in Indonesia, VIetnam, Thailand and Philippines.
• Recruit, train and establish good working relations with agents for student recruitment.
• Establish partnerships with education institution and colleges across different geographical locations.
• Participate in local and overseas exhibitions, open houses, road shows for agent and student recruitment.
• Conduct pre-course counselling for prospective students and attend to enquiries through phone, email and walk-in appointments.
• Work closely with other department stakeholders to support, implement and execute the student recruitment plans.
• Provide administrative and operation support to the Director.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor degree qualification.
• 3 years of relevant working experience as student recruitment in an international private education industry.
• Driven by a passion for student recruitment and sales, with a strong goal-oriented focus.
• Proficient in English and Chinese as required to liaise with stakeholders from diverse geographical locations.

Remuneration and commission will commensurate with sales targets.

Description:

• Patient registration, appointment scheduling, billing and payment collection.
• Perform clinic-closing tasks in accordance with standard procedures at the end of business day.
• Prepare necessary clinical documents for consultation
• Financial Counselling Services, including pre-surgery financial counselling to patients and/or caregiver
• Perform scheduling of pre-operative assessment and surgery appointments.
• Attend and facilitate patient's enquiry/ requests.
• Assist in the preparation/ generation of clinic reports and liaise with medical staff and internal departments for clarification on patient matters, if necessary.

Reponsibilities:

• Must possess at least GCE 'A' Level and above or equivalent, and preferably with 1 year of customer service experience.
• Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills with patients, caregivers and colleagues.
• Demonstrate good situational handling skills especially when attending to patients
• Meticulous and possess good teamwork and organisation skills
• Able to thrive in fast-paced environment and adapt well to internal and external changes
• Available to work on Saturday.
