Roles:

• Manage full sets of accounts
• Handle month-end and year-end closing
• Prepare accounting schedules, reconciliation of accounts, and financial reports
• Ensure timely submission of GST, annual tax returns, and other statutory filings
• Assist in audit preparations and address queries from external auditors
• Review tax computations and coordinate with tax agents for filing
• Communicate with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and government authorities for compliance
• Conduct monthly inventory reconciliation and participate in yearly stock take
• Maintain Fixed Assets Register and ledger
• Enhance financial workflows and processes for internal control and compliance

• Perform any other assigned ad hoc duties by the Reporting Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of the Group's cash position, liquidity planning and deployment of surplus funds
• Review and manage the Group's funding requirements
• Prepare regular cash flow forecasts and reports for Management
• Identify, monitor and purchase the Group’s foreign currency requirements
• Review and monitor the cash flow position of all the bank accounts and recommend effective deployment of funds

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in cash and forex management
