A global Agriculture company has a unique opportunity for a Supply Chain Project Manager to be an integral part of their Asia expansion. As Project Manager, you will have a diverse role, working closely with leadership teams, developing project plans and executing such plans into key regional markets.

As the company expands its presence in Asia, the Project Manager’s role will include building distribution networks, developing go to market strategy (including channel identification), building strategic partnerships/alliances with local customers and continually expanding sustainability efforts through their own products and customer collaboration. In addition, the Project Manager will lead a team enhancing digital capabilities by building a new platform to support customers and grow their presence in the region.

The successful candidate will have excellent project management skills with experience in entering new markets which will include distribution, go to market and digital strategies. The Supply Chain Project Manager will combine strategic planning with a proven track record in implementation as well as being a proven people leader able to lead multi-functional teams to ensure project delivery in line with company objectives. In addition, you will have strong stakeholder management skills with experience working with regional and global teams; the candidate must come from the Agriculture or a related industry.

The Role

This position will be part of the Group FP&A team and plays an integral role in Group’s forecasting, budgeting and reporting for management purposes as well as the Group’s performance indicators measurement.

Job responsibilities

• Lead the Group FP&A on implementation, improvement initiatives and maintenance of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system and processes as part of the Group’s globalisation and digitalisation strategy for budgeting and forecasting.
• Responsible for preparation of monthly/ quarterly forecast as well as budget preparation and analysis at Group level for reporting to Senior management.
• Responsible for preparation of forecast and budget presentation, materials for senior management, including underlying key assumptions / drivers, trend analysis and potential scenarios.
