RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and prioritise product backlog to maximise the product value proposition for customers/end-users.
• Provide well-defined user stories for the agile team's execution.
• Accountable for the sizing of the user story with the team during grooming
• Ensure the quality of the story's implementation by emphasising DoD and acceptance of stories in sprint reviews.
• Ensure that software security metrics are considered, including necessary follow-up to ensure no known high/critical security issue before the release.
• Ensure performance requirements are considered and measurable.
• Ensure UX/DX aspects are considered; liaise with the UX designer whenever needed.
• Accountable for detailed specification (internal) and external specification (developer portal).
• Provide regular updates of roadmap execution to stakeholders.
• Work closely with other Product Owners to ensure dependencies/expectations of the other parts of the solutions are concise and tracked.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in any of these faculties:
• Computer Science
• Information Technology
• Programming & Systems Analysis
• Science (Computer Studies)
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details
• Minimum 8 years of experience in software development on mobile, either in Android or iOS
• Strong Experience and comfortable with cryptography concepts and usage of applied cryptography
• In-depth knowledge of agile processes and principles
• Knowledge of handling contactless communication in mobile
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Organised and comfortable in managing planning with multiple dependencies.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills

Role Description

We are seeking a candidate with a self-starter mindset and strong relationship management skills. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Key liaison person for regulatory authorities in Singapore and global offices (e.g India, US, Middle East)

· Proven effectiveness at managing outsourced service providers to achieve timely and quality deliverables for review

· Responsible for the maintenance and execution of the Company’s Compliance Program to ensure business alignment with relevant regulation, internal policies, and procedures

· Providing key support to the investment teams on deal related transactions from a documentation review and execution standpoint

· Responding to compliance related DDQs in respect of our funds under management

· Oversight and review of Everstone’s FATCA/ CRS reporting obligations and AML/KYC documentation

· Oversight and reviewing the statutory filings for the Company and the funds under management

· Facilitate compliance related training for employees where necessary

· The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Compliance and senior leaders across the Everstone Group to maintain a strong compliance culture. Accordingly, critical success factors will include the ability to develop partnerships with many functional areas and having a global mindset that fosters collaboration across all jurisdictions

· In addition to these duties the candidate may be required to carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required

Education and/or Work Experience

· Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree

· AML/ CFT certifications would be advantageous

· Experience in investment and/or funds regulatory compliance

· Able to work independently with sound judgement

· Able to work on multiple tasks/projects simultaneously in a demanding environment

· Able to establish and maintain effective relationships with all levels of management and stakeholders

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Requirements:

• Degree or relevant post graduate/professional accounting qualifications

• Being an Accredited Tax Professional with SCTP will be an advantage

• Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience with IRAS or an international public accounting firm
