You will be Part of the Accounts Team to Support the Financial Accounting and Operations of a Dynamic Catering Company. You Will Work with Different Stakeholders on the Following Functions:

Job Responsibilities:

• Overall-in-charged of Accounts Payable
• Perform Day to Day Financial Transactions, including Verifying, Classifying, Computing, Posting and Recording of ALL Accounts Payable Accurately and Timley.
• Ensure Suppliers Accuracy on Statement of Account Balances, POs, Goods Received & Invoices
• Ensure timely Payments to Suppliers
• Preparation of Onboarding (Accounts) as Vendors for clients
• Review Procedures & Processes
• Other Ad Hoc Duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Relevant NITEC Equivalent OR at least 3 Years relevant Finance & Accounting Experience

• Perform basic accounting duties & administrative support – filling, data entry etc
• Assisting with partial set of accounts i.e AP & AR
• Bank reconciliation
• Preparing payment / receipts voucher
• All other adhoc admin / accounting duties assigned from time to time
• General administrative scope of work
