Job Description:-

• In Charge of Building Facilities Management Matters
• Attend Management Meetings
• Perform routine building maintenance works
• Develop and plan the fire safety programs for the property, including training, annual fire drills, SOPs, response to fire alarm, etc.
• Develop, review and update the Emergency Response plan to meet the latest requirements stipulated by the SCDF.
• He/She will take the role of a FSM plus the trade lead for the fire protection system in the campus.

Requirements :-

• Degree/Diploma/Higher Nitec in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience after obtaining FSM certification.
• Registered and valid FSM Certification with SCDF Knowledgeable on Fire Safety Systems and Building & Fire Regulations and Singapore Standards & Code of Practice.
