JOB DESCRIPTION:
1) Require Experience of 5 to 6 Years
2) Managing M365 end user support and experience for business requirements
3) Supporting and managing Intune enrollement at windows devices level
4) Supporting and managing Intune enrollement Apple devices level
5) Installing the Applications, Software’s like Zscaler on End user devices.
6) Troubleshooting issues related to intunes at enduser device level
7) Troubleshooting issues related to M365 products at device level and User end
8) Contacting L3 support team for any issue with finding at device level
9) Traveling to the client’s location and Working on Client Premises is mandatory.
10) Preparing SOP documents for regular activities and changes.
11) Exposure on SDM tools like SCCM,Tanium, End Point Central, KACE is an Additional Advantage.
12) Working on Banking Infrastructure Environment is an Additional Advantage.
13) Knowledge on Sricpting for SCCM for software deployment
14) Providing basic training in M365 product ranges to existing Helpdesk at client side
15) Completing job reports
