• Position Title: Sales Admin Executive /Sales Admin
• Working Location: Jurong West
• Working Hours: 5 days, Mon - Fri (8 am – 5.00 pm)
• Salary Package: Up to $2800 + Variable Bonus + $90 (Transport Allowance)

Key Responsibilities

• Creation of Sales Orders and updating/amendment of Sales orders for inter-department circulation.
• Assist in inter-department (eg production, purchasing, shipping, etc) coordination of Sales Orders.
• Assist in liaising with customers with regards to the Sales Orders.
• Upload, periodically maintain and update all Sales Order documents.
• Compile and generate reports.
• Preparation of cost statements.
• Support shop weekly operations.
• Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned.

Job Description:

• Prepare invoices and packing lists upon receipt of emails from overseas or local sources.
• Respond promptly to shipment details received by specified deadlines.
• Notify freight forwarder of all shipments in timely manner.
• Ensure timely email correspondence.
• Review and approve payment entries and purchase entries .
• Input supplier purchase entries in systems.
• Process payment vouchers/cheques and maintain accurate records.
• Verify shipment packing list against email request and price listing.

Requirement

Job Requirement :

• Initiative, responsible and positive attitude

• Support capability building of partners in using the client assessment tool, through:
• providing administrative supportfor sector training, administering assessments to certify users.
• Developing a training video
• Providing ad-hoc support for queries raised.
• Conduct inter-rater reliability tests to support validation of the assessment tool.
• Perform data collection, entry and coding including liaising and working with partners to analyse data.
• Support other capability building initiatives , including but not limited to development of competency frameworks and training roadmaps and engagement of sector partners; and
• Provide general administrative support, where necessary.

Requirements:

• Degree in any field
• At least 1 year of admin and coordination or relevant work experience
