Working Hours: Monday - Thursday: 8:30am - 6:00pm, Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the team in adhering to project timelines, including promptly addressing stakeholder inquiries.
• Organize meetings as needed, including sending invitations, preparing agendas, and compiling necessary materials.
• Help the team stay on track with project deadlines for reviewing frameworks, ensuring timely and successful completion.

Requirements:

• Singaporeans only.
• Minimum degree holder in any discipline.
• Prior working experience in healthcare/education will be advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Duties of Digital Marketing Assistant Manager:

• Good presentation and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with SEO, SEM and Google Search Engine

Job scope:

• Oversee stores when the Boutique Manager is off duty.
• Assistance to the Boutique Manager in all the duties: sales and budget, retail operations and administration, customer service, merchandising and promotions, and staff.
• Proper execution of paperwork for all stores.
• Accuracy of all receipts.
• Maintain good customer relationship and regular updates of products to customers.
• Ensure good housekeeping of stores.
• Ensures the stock model, according to the guidelines set by the Company and carry out inventories according to the established periodicity.
