BMW Assistant Workshop Manager
Overview:
- 5.5-days work week (alternate Saturday);
- Workplace at Kung Chong Road
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring workshop meets all requirements set out by BMW Asia (equipment, manpower, staff training, safety);
- Responsible for the efficiency and utilization of technicians;
- Responsible for training planning for technicians to maintain competency of the team;
- Ensuring successful distribution of job cards through the workshop;
- All related administration is completed to an accurate standard;
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of all “job card write-ups” and job completion status on DMS;
- Pass all completed jobs to service costing / warranty / administration for invoicing whilst ensuring all work hours expended have been documented;
- Operate the workshop loading system, allocating jobs to the Technicians who are most suitable;
- Monthly reporting of workshop loading data to Management;
- Promote teamwork to create a cohesive working environment.
