Duties and Responsibilities

Planning, conception and implementation of exhibitions, programmes including tours, artist residencies and school/corporate bookings centered around the Museum’s collections, exhibitions and events for a wide range of audiences.

• Allocation of resources for programmes and events
• Work collaboratively with colleagues on developing and implementing programmes for the Museum
• Develop a wide range of audiences for the Museum within the community while working closely with HQ marketing and development team.
• Support the working relationship with external stakeholders and partners
• Schedule, facilitate and coordinate administrative procedures, including budgeting
• Research on current trends on programming and themes both online and on-site platforms
• Carry out ongoing evaluation and analyse surveys from audiences
• Work closely with operation staff to prepare venues for programmes and events such as obtaining necessary clearances and maintenance of site
• Develop and implement a volunteer programme at the Museum for various volunteering opportunities.
• Manage SOPs for volunteers and to engage them in Museum programmes and events

Job Requirement

• At least 2/3 years of direct experience working in events management/ programming, coaching/teaching/training experiences will be an advantage
• An interest and passion for Singapore history, museums and the local art scene
• Self-directed learner and problem solver who remains productive under pressure
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English, knows how to operate Microsoft Office Suite
• Good time management skills

Role Overview:

The Retail Operations Executive is a dynamic role focused on optimizing retail department efficiency and will support the Sales & Operations Manager In preparing sales budget, ensuring operational excellence and smooth operational flow at all Porcelain Spas in Singapore. The incumbent should be a strong team player that can engage ground employees.

Key Objectives:

· Maximize sales and profitability of the retail spa business by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.

· Pulling out sales and customer satisfaction data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.

· Maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Meeting Preparation and Reporting:

· Prepare monthly meeting slides.

· Attend weekly managers meetings and manage minutes.

· Update and maintain Retail Operations Balance Scorecard.

· Generate annual, quarterly, and monthly performance to support reporting for retail operations.

In-Store Support and Management:

· Conduct monthly store audits.

· Provide in-store support through Mystery Shopper coordination.

· Implement checks and balances for Zenoti on an operational level.

Strategic Planning and Execution:

· Develop Gameplan templates, updating MoM actual performance.

· Generate campaign codes for Zenoti and Shopify in line with monthly campaigns

Vendor and Inventory Management:

· Coordinate vendor maintenance and liaise with external vendors.

· Forecast inventory needs for retail and consumable items.

Team Support and Logistics:

· Administer commissions calculation for the retail operations team.

· Facilitate new retail staff onboarding.

· Arrange logistics delivery from HQ to stores.

Administrative Functions:

· Create/update SOPs.

· Source items for in-store and obtain quotations.

· Apply for permission to work passes for mall access for maintenance m

· Manage package refund requests.

1. Hiring and training: Hire, train and manage kitchen staff including setting schedules and leading pre-shift meetings

2. Menu development: Develop recipts and menus (especially Thai foods), determine plating and presentation plans, and set menu price

3. Food safety: Enforce food quality by expediting orders and creating new dishes

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and deployment of security personnel to the allocated sites
• Plan duty roster for allocated sites, work closely and coordinate with each site for manpower forecasting, and planning for Relief Security Officers when necessary
• Provide support for Operations Managers and Site in-charges, and assist in handling complaints or operational issues. Willing to stand-in as Security personnel if needed
• Conduct on-job-training (OJT) and duties as required by clients for new hires and existing staff
• Coordinate with management team and clients' management to ensure customer satisfaction
• Carry out investigation and prepare reports
• Conduct rounds and checks at sites to ensure performance standards and compliance of staff, and obtain feedback from clients via weekly meetings
• Attend weekly meetings and propose service improvements to clients, and prepare periodic reports to the management
• Maintain and update proper documents, at sites and in office
• Any other duties related to the operations of the sites

Qualification & Experience

• Preferably certified with Diploma in Security Management or, minimally possess Advanced Certificate in Security Supervision
• At least 2 years of experience holding higher or equivalent position in the same trade
• Valid PLRD license, SS and above preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Must be Operational Ready at all times (even on off days)
