Admin Assistant’s Job Description
Responsible for administrative works
Assist in Human Resource (HR) matters
Day to Day Documentations
Assist in hotel reservation and flight booking for staffs and expats
Business Visa and Entry Permit Application
Maintain company assets.
Deal with supplier and property agent
Prepare office stock report and fixed asset listing
Assist management on corporate membership and event registration
Plan and prepare for team building and festival
Prepare day to day payment application form via system for payment purpose
Provide support to HQ for corporate secretary case
Liaise with local corporate secretary for filing matters
Provide support to auditor during audit period
Prepares monthly office budget & actual expenses report for Management.
Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls
Order Materials (e.g: Stationery)
Follow up with previous and following day work related issues.
Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls
Ad-hoc tasks as requested by the management.
Job Requirements:-
Minimum Diploma or equivalent on HR & Business Admin.
Minimum 1 – 2 years of relevant working experience
Positive working attitude
Able to work independent as well as a good team player
Ability to multi-task, communicate effectively, and maintain strict confidentiality of information
Able to work under a fast pace and dynamic environment
Excellent administration and communication skills.
Preferred able to speak Mandarin and write in Chinese.
Preferred start work immediate.
