We are seeking for Admin & HR Executive who has a career aspiration to assume the managerial position with greater responsibility. Main scope includes both administration and HR functions.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage daily leave & attendance via HR software, including leave type entry, entitlement, application, certificate collection & approval and daily employee’s attendance.
2. Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement of salaries.
3. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and leaves
4. Coordinate recruitment efforts, from posting job openings to conducting interviews
5. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws.
6. Resolve employee queries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies
7. Stay updated on changes in labor laws and HR best practices.
8. Facilitate employee onboarding including conduct orientation sessions and off boarding
Job Requirements:
1. A Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices
3. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive employee information
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion
6. Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various HR functions simultaneously
7. Problem-solving skills to address employee concerns and HR challenges
8. 1-2 years of relevant experience
