· Require fulltime to station at site office.
· Responsible for handling site matters, prepare paper works, communicate with sub-contractors and suppliers in regard to materials for a construction company.
· They will also be required to report to the Project Manager, communicate with the construction workers and attend necessary meetings on or off site.
· Prepare necessary paperwork for projects Comprehensive understanding of the contract documents (drawings and specifications), phasing plans, construction sequencing and project schedule Possess good organization, communication, and people's skills.
· Ensure all documentation of records are up to date and filed accordingly Assist the management in handling site daily operations Any ad-hoc operations & admin duties assigned.
· Being strategic, with the ability to roll sleeves up, and be able to visit sites when necessary. Head down to the construction sites when necessary.
· At least 5 years of working experience in a similar capacity Possess advanced skills in Excel & Words Time management and organization skills as you will be dealing with strict deadlines, and you will have to keep track of your responsibilities and priorities.
· Must be a driven professional with great interpersonal and problem-solving skillset Strong ability to organise work schedules and to warm up to people from diverse culture and background Efficient in communicating both orally and in writing with all levels of staff Self-motivated with strong ability to prioritize tasks and perform multiple duties simultaneously.
· Assist in BCA Training Administration to ensure licensing is renew on time.
· Onboarding new staff and ensure monthly staff confirmations are completed timely.
· Assist HR officer in any ad hoc HR matters on a day-to-day basis.
• Forecasting, planning and scheduling of manpower to fulfil training sessions.
• Compile and analyse performance/management reports.
• Conduct, tabulate and evaluate service survey. Draft service review report.
• Ensure quality of service through conduct of audit on sites.
• Develop and implement corrective action on audit findings.
• Plan and review of fitness related training programme/syllabus.
• Conduct of in-house training for staffs.
• Onboarding and induction of new staff.
• Familiarization and orientation of new staff to site facilities and equipment.
• Assessment and implementation of risk control measures for the sites.
• Incident/accident reporting and investigation.
• Attend co-ordinating meetings.
