Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify client needs, understand requirements, and provide technical support during the sales process.
• Solution Design: Analyze client requirements, develop and propose tailored technical solutions that align with their business goals, and demonstrate the features and value proposition of our products/services.
• Product Demos & Presentations: Deliver high-quality product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers, both onsite and remotely, highlighting the technical capabilities and value of the solution.
• Customer Consultations: Engage with clients to gather technical requirements, understand their business processes, and propose the best use of our technologies.
• Proof of Concept (POC): Lead the development and execution of Proof of Concept (POC) scenarios to prove the feasibility of proposed solutions in the client environment.
• Proposal Development: Assist in the creation of proposals and solution documentation, ensuring the proposed architecture meets customer expectations.
• Technical Liaison: Serve as a technical advisor and collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to influence product roadmaps and ensure alignment with customer needs.
• Training and Support: Provide post-sale technical support, training, and guidance to customers to ensure successful implementation and adoption of solutions.
• Feedback Loop: Collect feedback from clients to relay to product development teams to help improve offerings based on real-world use cases.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Min. 3 years of experience in solution management or a related role.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Site coordination & supervision of building construction projects.
• Manage and oversee the day-to-day site works of projects.

Job Summary:

The Placement manager is responsible to match job opportunities with mature job seekers, follow up on post placement review to address employment concerns. Provide employment coaching and give recommendation on necessary training to equip mature job seekers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing and Screening: Actively seek out and identify potential job openings that align with the skills and experience of mature workers. Conduct thorough screening processes to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for specific roles

2. Candidate Matching: Match qualified mature workers with appropriate job opportunities based on their skills, experience, and career aspirations. Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the job application process.

3. Employer Engagement: Build strong relationships with employers in various sectors to promote the benefits of hiring mature workers. Educate employers about the unique skills and experiences that mature workers bring to the table.

4. Advocacy and Outreach: Represent CFS at industry events, conferences, and job fairs to raise awareness about the value of mature workers. Develop and maintain partnerships with community organizations, government agencies, and other relevant stakeholders.

5. Performance Tracking: Maintain Job seekers database, monitor and track the success of placements to measure the impact of CFS’ efforts. Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and inform future strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably with a focus on mature worker placement.

- Strong understanding of labour market trends and industry dynamics.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both candidates and employers.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

audax is looking for a dynamic individual to be a Finance Manager. You will be a trusted advisor to both functional leaders and executives and will play a key role in a fast growing organisation. You will work closely with the CFO and senior leadership and shareholders. A mix of competencies is required; this person should be able to think strategically about business, have technical finance, and analytical competencies and demonstrate collaborative leadership skills.

What You Will Be Doing

• Budgeting and Planning: Lead the budget preparation and forecasting process in collaboration with various business units and functions. Track monthly performance and ensure we are on track to hit year end numbers or adjust as necessary.
• FP&A: be very comfortable with financial modelling, financial statements and business metrics. Run monthly updates and financial reviews with company leaders, presenting both high level analysis and detailed deep dives where needed. Leverage on business and market insights, collaborating with supported business teams. Prepare presentations to be used for financial updates to Board of Directors.
• Financial Modelling: Build, maintain, and continuously evolve 5 year financial models to evaluate business options, new markets and other strategic deliverables. Close coordination with the commercial team on building pricing models.
• Fundraising: Run the entire deal lifecycle - manage deal workflow, coordinate multiple due diligence streams, and work with various stakeholders. You will also be assisting in involved in preparing presentation decks, attending investor calls and meetings, coordinating with advisors and due diligence providers, as well as, other ad-hoc responsibilities.
• System Implementation: Lead the implementation of regional budgeting systems, optimizing financial processes and ensuring seamless financial management.

What You Need To Be Successful In This Role

• 5-8 years of experiences in finance (e.g. FP&A, FBP), with proven experience in similar FP&A role, which involves end-end forecasting/budgeting cycle and group level consolidation; previous experience in accounting/financial reporting will be a plus.
• A degree in Finance, Accounting or related field, or qualified accountant -ACCA, CIMA, ACA, etc.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel/ spreadsheets and PowerPoint tools. Prior experience in analytical tools e.g. Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
• Impeccable quantitative and qualitative analytical skills; strong knowledge of finance and accounting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and execute on processes while working with diverse and/or remote stakeholders. Ability to lead project independently and drive progress forward.
• Strong commercial sense, ability to learn quickly, grasp key business drivers ; Great at building decks with compelling narratives.
• Great outgoing personality that’s able to build strong relationships with people at all levels.
