• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with campaigns and product launches
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issues
• Manage the sales department budget to ensure cost-effective operations
• Provide regular sales performance reports to senior leadership
• Coach and mentor sales team members, providing training and development opportunities
• Handle relationships with key accounts to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in the medical device industry, ideally with a focus on Point of Care products
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
• Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Willingness to travel as required
