RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Management

• Deliver an exceptional account management experience for retail grocery channel customers.
• Monitor and report on all customer activities and asset performance; including assets, sampling drives, new product launch performance, POS and shelf-space performance and promotional activity.

In-store Execution

• Execute Promoter Sampling program in stores.

Trade Promotion

• Propose and align promotion plans with retail customers which have been developed by brand principles and Channel Development Manager.
• Provide input into trade promotion concept and creative that aligns with managed accounts brand identity and target customer base.
• Monitor and report on promotional results and ROI, sharing with customers and brand principals.
• Ensure all trade spending is compliant with the approved process and claims process on time. Respond to any trade spend queries from principals immediately.
• Manage promotion budgets and resources per retail customer to drive productivity and sustainability.
• Monitor competitor activity in key accounts, providing insights and feedback to the team and brand principles that support effective market response.

Inventory Management

• Provide the procurement team with weekly volume forecasts to ensure that demand and supply are aligned and non-supply is minimized/eliminated.
• Troubleshot potential inventory issues where demand has not followed forecast; ensured that slow-moving stock concerns were addressed promptly with customers and brand principles.
• Minimize stock write-offs for retail products wherever possible with additional trade marketing activities, clearance through other channels, and claim from brand principals.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, or related disciplines

Campaign Management

What you will be working on

• Plan, develop and implement effective campaigns in line with TP’s communications objectives and KPIs
• Identify marketing channels, media planning, production of various marketing collaterals and videos to communicate key messages for the organisation
• Monitor campaign effectiveness and analysing outcomes

Stakeholder Management

• Work with internal and external stakeholders to support TP’s communications and marketing direction
• Be familiar with vendor management and work with creative and media agencies to execute campaigns effectively, in order to achieve key deliverables
• Work with the social media team to establish alignment with social and digital media efforts

Project Management And Data Analysis

• Manage project timeline, deliverables, and budget
• Analyse and leverage on data to develop best strategies and tactics for campaign activations
• Report on project outcomes and provide After-Action Review (AAR) reports to facilitate learning and best practices

What We Are Looking For

• Qualification in Marketing, Communications or related disciplines
• At least 8 years of experience in marketing and digital marketing
• Prior experience in implementing and executing a marketing plan from inception to execution.
• Strong understanding of marketing channels, search engine optimisation and search engine marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job purpose

This is an exciting opportunity for an aspiring audit professional to join our expanding Internal Audit team within a growing organisation. You should possess excellent team and project management skills and you will be supporting the Head of Internal Audit, EMEAA in providing objective assurance effectiveness of the organisation’s governance, risk and systems of internal control to Executive Management, Board and Audit Committee.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Head of Internal Audit, EMEAA in ensuring that effective assurance is provided to the Executive Management, Board and Audit Committee
• Support the Head of Internal Audit in the oversight and delivery of the rolling programme of focused and risk-based assurance activity
• Build own skills and knowledge to meet the challenges of the business
• Develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders as well as driving initiatives across the department
• Ensure that audit reports and plans are proportionate, practical and aligned to risk appetite
• Make sure that audit reports are clear, insightful, accurate and focused
• Knowledgeable on industry trends and policies and their impact upon business, adapting the audit approach where necessary and providing insight to executive and governance committees
• Adhere to internal audit methodology, procedures and standards
• Work closely with stakeholders to challenge and provide recommendations for improvement with respect to governance, risk and control frameworks
• Follow up on audit actions and provide robust assessment on how effectively these have been addressed
• Prepare audit plans, develop audit programs for evaluation of the controls over various systems and processes, perform data analysis, conduct interviews / discussions with relevant personnel and quantify impacts of control deficiencies / process weaknesses. Accountable for communicating control deficiencies / process weaknesses and recommending improvements to management
• Provide support, guidance and insight to the organisation including through audit reviews
• Execute complex end-to-end reviews of various systems and processes relating to financial, operations to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of internal controls, systems and business processes to identify areas for improvement, control deficiencies
• Providing assistance to external auditors during annual reviews (when required)

Qualifications:

• MUST have minimum 4 years of experience working with a Financial Services company, especially Broker Dealers.
• A recognised degree in Accountancy / Business / Commerce / Finance or related fields
• Professional qualifications (e.g. CA/CIA/CPA or equivalent)
