What are we looking for?

An Assistant / Event Services Manager serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English Language
• Flexible with working hours, able to work weekends and public holidays when necessary
• Ability to communicate in a second language is beneficial
• Minimum 2 – 3 years previous catering sales / conference services experience
• Able to work under pressure
• Strong selling and client communication skills

Responsibilities

• Responsible for designing new products and processes
• Responsible in identifying areas for improvement, maintaining high levels of manufacturing and product quality
• Responsible for ensuring cost-efficiency and conformance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Min Degree in Electrical & Electronics/ Mechanical/ Electromechanical/ Mechatronics/ Optics and Photonics Engineering or relevant
• Min 2 years of working experience in manufacturing/ production industry
• Experience in optics/ lasers/ optical microscopic imaging/ multi-channel fluorescence system used in analytical equipment is an added advantage.
• Experience in using multi-meter, function generator and oscilloscope.
