Job Scope / Requirement:

1. Staff’s main job scope is to assist in asset verification and tagging for HDB assets. The verification works include validation of data (gas riser and multi steps) for more than 10,000 residential blocks between the vendor’s records and our Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). Job Responsibilities

• Build, develop and maintain good and close customer relationship with our business partners, especially the market key influencers such as academic and public institutions, hospitals, major clinic chains, pharmacies, dealers, agents, etc. with the aim to generate repeated sales & cultivating long-term, value-driven collaborations

What the day will look like

• Reporting to and working closely with a Finance manager to deliver financial services to a reputable portfolio of captive clients in a close-knit team environment
• Ensure that all the clients' priorities, objectives and any other requirements have been met with the following service deliverables (non-exhaustive);

• Provide on-site frontline concierge service for employee service requests/status/enquiries/feedbacks at the Employee Concierge at the 3 different working locations
