• Develops working knowledge of prime contract requirements and applies knowledge to project activities.
• Interacts with clients on assigned projects and promotes positive relationships.
• Supports project /client development process with presentations and related marketing activities.

• Monitors design content and quality and coordinates design revisions for constructability and compliance with basis documents, schedule and budget.
• Oversees the procurement and coordination of all required project resources, including interdivisional, interdivisional and extra corporate.
• Oversees the preparation of subcontract, purchase order and change control documentation and related financial documentation.
• Oversees the evaluation of vendor and subcontractor invoices.
• Facilitates communication between project participants, and produces documentation of communication between project participants.
• Works with Document Control to ensures that all project documents are distributed, reviewed and stored to meet project and corporate requirements.
• Project documents include records of communications, design documents, bid packages and addenda and bulletins thereto, and submittal's, among others.
• Ensures compliance of project activities with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Mentors assigned Project Managers /Engineers in growing their skillset and careers.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline or an equivalent technical degree.
• A minimum of 15 years experience in Engineering, Project Delivery, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 7 years experience in a Project Management role, including some within the Life Sciences Industry.
• Experience with vendor management, CM management and client management is key.
• Knowledge of cGMPs as they affect process design and equipment specification would be preferred.
• Progressive ability, capacity, and aptitude in administration to plan, organize, supervise, and coordinate technical work and to obtain cooperation from others.
• Demonstrated ability to manage professional staff.
• Analytical thinking, structured problem-solving skills, superior communication skills, team building, and strong work ethic. Must be able to build reports with staff at all levels.
• Enthusiastic and resilient, innovative and technically grounded.
• Holds an Australian Passport

Job responsibilities:

1.Plans, schedules, and coordinates projects.
2.Handling 3 to 4 groups of workers.
3.Excellent communication abilities in English and Chinese and liaison with Clients via Whatsapp/ Phone call / Email .
4.Ensure that projects are completed in accordance with authorized plans/drawings.
5.Possess strong planning, organisation, co-ordination, analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
6.Monitor project progress and track issues based on priority and customer requests.
7.Weekly visits site meeting when required

Requirements :
-Extensive experience in construction industry and project management /sales management
- Proficient in English written and verbal communications such as writing professional emails and text messages.
- Candidates must be self-disciplined, pro-active, responsible, mentally mature and hungry for money.
