Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the management, including but not limited to managing appointments/agendas/travel arrangements, processing expense claims, etc.
• Organise meetings and record minutes of meetings, including supporting meetings for the senior management.

Be the key taskforce between project leader, KAMs and CORP accounts clients (PICs) to drive Singapore CORP Reset 2.0 action plans implementation, rigorous KPIs measurement, transform clients to Lyreco solution (share best practises in pricing/contract/ordering flow/hierarchy) from activation to implementation. Establish affiliative relationships with clients to support towards the transformation fruition. Strong collaboration with ebuis consultant to attempt conversion into 100% Lyreco OSS. Implement and rigorously measure outcomes of customer journey workflow process between Sales, CS and all other key cross functional Department.

• Identify roadblock; pain point and independently prepare customer journey memo (pricing clean-up/contract/ordering flow/hierarchy/account clean-up towards Lyreco solution) and make available for internal discussion between project leader and KAMs
• Establish clearly diagnosed and detailed support needed and scheduling for clients’ meet-ups.
• Prepare post customer journey memo and present the proposed diagnosis and timeline completed.
• Strong collaboration and close engagement with cross functional department towards the accounts clean-up completeness & validated by project leader.
• Scheduling with KAMs for clients’ meet-up and official kick-off Lyreco solution and draft communication email for official kick-off for customer to inform employees.
• Provide training for the users and prepare giveaways for trainees include customized user guide and Webshop Demo with actual customer environment.
• Testing of Punchout with clients with actual video recording for User Guide and arrange with clients PIC for punch out demo.
• Prepare post implementation review (go-live 2 weeks) with key taskforce to feedback and highlight to back office on customer experiences thus far. Identify any issue, misspent, leakage; objectively to understand if all are in control during first month of the implementation. Rectify and rework.

General Administration & Payroll Management

• Typing of Letter of Appointment and other personnel letters for assigned projects/divisions.
