The Management Trainee leads the daily operational and financial excellence of the outlet by exercising great leadership and decision-making that supports operational standards. Qualifications:

· Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, energy, science or related fields.

· Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the renewable energy industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role;
• Proven track record of successful regional business and project development in renewable energy (utility scale or large distributed);
• Experience in development of gas fired / hybrid / BESS energy solutions an advantage.
