Your key responsibilities

As the Core Banking Business Architect, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic and technical guidance to our clients in the banking industry. 4. System Implementation and Integration:

· Work closely with clients and project teams to oversee and guide the successful implementation of core banking systems.

· Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of core banking system implementations.

5. Governance and Compliance:

· Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and data security requirements throughout core banking system implementations.

To qualify for the role you must have

· Extensive experience (10+ years) as a Core banking Business Architect or in a similar role within the financial services industry. Deep hands-on knowledge about Temenos T24 or Finacle will be preferred.

· In-depth knowledge of core banking systems, architectural principles, and industry best practices.

· Strong understanding of banking processes, products, and regulatory frameworks.

· Proven ability to lead and facilitate workshops, gather business requirements, and effectively manage stakeholders.

· Strong understanding and coding skills in Java, Core JAVA and Selenium.

· Experience in API automation and Test Data management techniques.

· Expertise in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Azure etc.
