Job Description:
• Ensure smooth operation of project flow from start to end.
• Schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion. • Understand Project plans and Specifications to determine appropriate construction methods.
• Read and extract bill of quantity from drawings.
• Drafting of AutoCAD drawing, layout drawing, shop drawing & electrical line diagram.
• Regular meetings with clients to ensure clarification and meet specific requirements in a timely manner.
• Manage Project Payment Claim.
• Follow up on project and work schedule.
• Maintain control of all project submission and documentation.
• Monitor fabrication and production progress.
• Maintain/update project records.
• Assist the project team with site safety documentation and coordination.
• Assist the project team with documenting job progress, schedule.
• Creating and distributing project closeout material, as-build drawings, O and M manuals to owner once project is complete
• Document filing and control, file and retrieve corporate documents, records and report including digitised them into the computer system in each of their respective folder
• Data entry into the company software.
• Check and reply of emails from client.
• Provide engineering assistance. •
Assist in preparation of ISO documentation. • SETSCO/STS/PSB coordination

Requirement:
Need to have Project Manager working experience

• Facilitate the development and implementation of sustainable energy projects in the maritime industry.
• Liaise closely with the sustainable energy team and other departments to contribute to the transition towards cleaner energy sources.
• Conduct research, analyze data, manage projects, and provide assistance in the creation of sustainable energy strategies.

Requirements:

• Degree in Environmental/Maritime/Engineering/Sustainability or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Good knowledge of maritime, renewable energy technologies and energy efficiency concepts.

• Be part of a dynamic start-up team to plan, design, develop and construct new patient-centric healthcare facilities. The scope of this project spans facilities across the campus, which includes a short-stay hospital, elective surgical facilities, specialist outpatient clinics, Emergency Department and staff offices.
• Lead and/ or facilitate discussions with clinical stakeholders to redesign the model of emergency care, ensuring that patients’ needs are effectively triaged and managed from the front door.
• Work in consultation with the clinicians to plan and develop the clinical and supporting services in the Emergency Department, and to translate these service plans into the physical design and infrastructure requirements of the facility.
• Planning and executing the clinical service strategy for emergency care in line with future models of care while focusing on new paradigms in a post-COVID-19 environment.
• Co-leading the secretariat team to support assigned Committees led by Senior Management and its supporting Workgroups.
• Working with the core team and key stakeholders to develop a detailed business case proposal.
• Fronting engagements with government and other external agencies on issues pertaining to the conceptual model, business case and service plans

Requirements:

• Min Degree in healthcare or biomedical sciences
• Relevant working experience in healthcare or operations preferred
• Excellent planning, analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written skills, especially in paper and minute writing as well as oral communications and presentation skills
• Proficient with data analysis and presentation software to prepare presentations comprising clear and concise messaging with visually appealing infographics
