Answering calls and responding to inquiries.

Reminder calls for appointment confirmation and rescheduling appointments.

Schedules appointments and enters appointment date and time into computerized scheduler with a high rate of accuracy.

Check for insurance coverage and intention to use insurance or government subsidies such as CHAS.

•Collection

Collects payment from patients, applies payments to patient accounts in the computer system, and reconciles daily cash reports.

Your Role

You will be responsible to declare permits and handle shipping documentations. You also responsibility for client’s inquiry such as track and trace shipments. In charge for administration matters relating to the Air and Sea operation set up.

Job Summary:

1. Financial Modelling

• Undertake all financial modelling for project analysis, development and evaluation to provide an analysis and recommendation, including review and recommend market, project, financing and other assumptions (in consultation with other members of the project team), construct and integrate multiple financial models, scenario/stress testing and sensitivity analysis.

2. Research

• Plan, organize and execute the research needs for projects.
• Carry out research and financial analysis on real estate markets and real-related related companies.

3. Projects Execution/ Preliminary Review

• Assist in the due diligence of projects.
• Assist in the crafting of proposed corporate and investments structures for each project.
• Understand all financial matters (including equity and debt financing) relating to projects and the markets which such projects relate to or operate in.
• Assist in preparation of board papers, presentations and all other applicable papers/ reports.

4. Asset Management

• Assist in the development of strategic plans for all assets with the aim of maximizing investment returns on assets through strategic planning, implementation and operational management of the assets.
• Assist in overseeing performance of assets as assigned by analyzing asset performance relative to market benchmarks, identifying new enhancement opportunities, managing partner relationships which involves the regular review of tenancy mix, asset positioning and implementation of effective marketing plans and control of operating expenses to maximize net operating income from assets.
• Assist in developing and implementing asset enhancement plans as may be necessary.
• Assist in the preparation and review of comprehensive annual property business plans for each asset.
• Prepare quarterly and annual portfolio reports covering financial performance, leasing/sales status and strategies and status asset enhancements.

Requirements:

• Good degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience (preferably in audit or accounting).
• Able to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to handle high level of confidentiality.
• Good team-player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels in the organization.
• Highly motivated, mature, proactive and meticulous.
• Some travel is required.

You will assist the Chief Engineer and Director of Engineering in the day-to-day maintenance operations work in the hotel.

You must be well versed in electrical wiring, air-conditioning, plumbing and all other general repair work.

You must possess NTC 2/3, minimum O level or diploma.

Previous working experience in hotels will be an advantage and you must be able to work on shifts and weekends/public holidays. (6 Days work week)
