• Train team members and ensure maintenance of SOPs, clinical practice guidelines and compliance with MOH and PHMC guidelines
• Maintain SOPs and implement strategies to improve current operational systems
• Support periodic management reporting for department KPIs
• Assist in other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree with at least 3-5 years relevant experience in healthcare with supervisory experience
• Possess demonstrated clear leadership skills as well as performance track records
• Ability to lead and keep teams
• Excellent management skills with experience in managing and supervising clinical administration
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, architects, and contractors
• Understand client needs to provide tailored workspace solutions, prepare tenders/quotations
• Achieve sales targets through presentations, site visits, and proposals
• Identify new business opportunities and stay updated on market trends
• Collaborate with design, delivery, and marketing teams for seamless project execution

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of sales experience in office furniture, interior design, or related fields
• Pro-active in follow up and network with contacts
• Sales orientated, meticulous, details and comfortable with calculations
• Strong network with architects, contractors, construction and developers
• Passion for workplace design and improving office environments
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in a competitive market
