• Coordinate approved corporate CSR and community projects.

Corporate Communications

• Assist in managing development of appropriate engagement channels including writing and production of annual reports and quarterly E-newsletters in a timely manner.

Requirement

• At least Diploma/Degree in Business/Marketing/Social Service
• Min 3 years’ experience in Sales/Marketing/Fundraising

Position: Senior Training Officer (Day Activity Centre)

Leadership- Pivotal role in supervising the training officers in the running of the centre operations for clients with developmental and intellectual disabilities (referred to as members).

Volunteer Management - To orientate and manage volunteers supporting our members at the centre.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, coordinate, and implement planned daily programme and its activities
• Daily supervision, assisting and monitoring members in the various activities both outside or within the centre, and ensuring safety of all members and volunteers
• Purchase and preparation of daily tea breaks and lunch for members and volunteers
• Support and evaluate growth of members and to plan appropriate development plans for members based on their needs
• Develop programmes to support the member in his/her achievement of PDP (Personal Development Plan)
• Assess new members on their trial, identify their needs and potential, and to write post trial evaluation report
• Implement behaviour support plans
• Work with member’s families as required and to keep them updated regarding their child / ward progress
• Support volunteers to better assist and engage members in their development
• Maintain administrative work such as attendance taking, records of programmes, monthly centre report, incident reports, etc.

The Senior Officer will be part of SUSS's HR shared services team, offering HR administrative support to the university.

Key Responsibilities

Training administration

• Verify and approve employees’ training-related reimbursement claims using the SuccessFactors (Rhombus) system, including course fees, professional membership fees, FDS related expenses and etc.
• Address staff inquiries regarding training administration and reimbursement claims.
• Verify and process payment for training-related invoices, such as venue rentals, catering, and workshop fees, through the SAP system.
• Coordinate with external training providers to register employees for training.
• Manage training grant applications, including absentee payroll, through the Enterprise Portal for Jobs & Skills.
• Maintain accurate training details and records in SuccessFactors, including adding new courses/schedules and updating staff training hours.

HR Admin/Operations

• Manage offboarding processes for employees, including leave balance calculations, system operations, and related tasks.
