Roles and Responsibility

• To perform 12hrs shift duties at any deployed sites
• To perform safe entry for staffs, workers, visitors and contractors
• To safe guard the premises through surveillance and patrols
• Identify and report unusual or suspicious movements in occurrence
• Perform access control duties at the check-point
• To monitor CCTV surveillance when required
• To update and report any fire alarm activation

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• ‘N’ Level or ‘O’ Level
• 1 year working experience

Singaporeans/PR only

Training provided, must be comfortable handling alcohol products

Commencement: 3MAR2025 (3 months probation)

Hours: 8am-5pm (must be flexible to OT if required)

Work days: Monday-Friday (some weekends might be required during peak periods)

Warehousing Duties

- Assist your manager with day-to-day operations

- Keep warehouse clean & organized

- Receive, check & sort incoming deliveries

- Maintain records of all incoming & outgoing deliveries

- Stock take & update inventory

- Restock goods when supplies are low

- Prepare outgoing delivery orders & requested goods

- Coordinate shipments with internal & third-party logistics providers

- Load & unload goods safely

- Report any damages to cargo/vehicles immediately

- Manage complaints/queries professionally & report unresolved issues promptly

- Execute operations independently as per SOP & provide progress updates

- Administrative duties & other matters as required

Logistics Duties (if required)

When activated for deliveries/collection during peak periods:

- Adhere to assigned routes & delivery timeline

- Abide by all transportation laws & maintain a clean driving record

- Photograph & update trackers after deliveries

- Set-up at event venues & teardown after events

- Inspect & service vehicles routinely

Requirements

- Responsible individual who’s comfortable in hands-on environment (involves physical heavy lifting)

- Enthusiastic learner who follows leadership directions

- Meticulous problem-solver who can work both independently & in teams

- Fast worker with a initiative & can-do attitude

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & basic computer operations

- Good communicator with co-ordination skills & integrity

Job Summary

The Lead Technical Officer for Electric Vehicle (EV) Buses will oversee the technical aspects of the development, deployment, and maintenance of electric bus systems. The role involves coordinating engineering teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards, optimizing performance, and leading innovation in electric bus technology. The Lead Technical Officer will collaborate with manufacturers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to implement sustainable and cost-effective electric bus solutions. The role also includes managing the technical roadmap, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring fleet reliability and safety.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of EV bus systems and infrastructure.
• Oversee and manage the technical team, ensuring that all projects align with company goals and industry standards.
• Ensure continuous improvement of EV bus technology, including batteries, charging systems, electric motors, and control systems.

Innovation and Research

• Stay updated with the latest developments in EV technology, batteries, energy storage, and charging solutions.
• Lead research initiatives aimed at improving EV bus efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing durability and performance.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to drive innovation in areas such as fast-charging technologies, vehicle-to-grid (V2G) integration, and energy management systems.

Compliance and Safety

• Ensure that all EV buses meet regulatory requirements, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
• Oversee the development and implementation of safety protocols for EV bus operations, including battery safety, charging infrastructure, and maintenance procedures.
• Monitor and assess the performance of EV buses to ensure reliability, safety, and efficiency.

Training and Development

• Develop training programs for technical staff on new technologies, systems, and troubleshooting methods related to electric buses.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities to junior engineers and technical personnel.

Data Analysis and Reporting

• Monitor performance data from electric buses, analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, performance reviews, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

Job Description:

- Proposed CAAS Extension of ATCC

Requirements:

- At least 5 years of supervisory experience in supervision of Civil/Structural works, RC & steel works.

- Experience in supervision of medium to large scale building works, piling works, temporary works, Ground Building Works (GBW) for Government Institutional projects.

- To provide full supervision works to ensure works are carried out in accordance to approved plans under Building Control Act.

- Assist QP to keep and maintain site records.

- Possess Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by PEB and registered with IES as Resident Engineer

- Registered with BCA/IES/ACES as site Resident Engineer

- Job site is at Sealand Road, Changi Area, must be willing to travel and work at that area

- Able to lead a team of site staffs.

services are delivered effectively.

■ Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback.

■ Prepare presentations and conduct training to the customers to keep up to date with

the latest developments of the sensors;

■ Write reports and present findings to the Manager after each service visit.

Job requirement

■ Diploma in any field (engineering related major is preferred)

■ At least 2 years of technical service experience within engineering space,
