The incumbent is responsible to provide support in the day-to-day overall HR and office administration functions, including handling of administering pay and employee benefits, recruitment and selection, training and development, updating of HR policies and procedures, employee relations and administrative matters.

To handle adminstrative works in the office, dealing with china clients on site and offsite. To coordinate with china supplier in China(Anhui) Suppliers.

To manage all adminstrative work in the office and for all construction site work. Required to do coordination works if the company is short handed. Have to handle all construction training and keep tracks of their health status at all times during their work in the sites and safety for the acommadations.

Key Responsibilities:
Undertake preventive and corrective maintenance, including basic troubleshooting.
Supervise contractor works and report job progress.
Prepare and submit maintenance reports, checklists, and work reports.
Monitor workplace safety of contractors.

Requirements:
Possess a Higher NITEC or Diploma in Engineering Fields.
Possess own Transport.
