The person will oversee the M&E projects from engineering design inception to completion, ensuring compliance with building regulations and specifications; and managing manpower and other resources.

The person will be working with site personnel, and site activities and be highly involved in the following aspects of the business but not limited to the below:

· Engineering & technical study, identify variation works and submit accurate cost implications.

Job Requirements:

· Good knowledge of various types of M&E systems with piping and cables used in factories, especially in Semiconductor factories, Chemical systems

· Experience in the Semiconductor industry, design/knowledge of general construction M&E works, is an advantage
