Job Requirements

• Degree in business/economics, finance or accounting or related professional qualification, with relevant years of experience from financial/ investment/assets management industry.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in investment analysis, investment management, risk management involving Hong Kong and US markets is required.

• Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of macroeconomic factors.

• Excellent knowledge in global company and sector analysis and proficiency in formulating and executing investment strategies.

• Independent and critical thinker with exceptional analytical ability

• Strong communication skills (oral and written) in Mandarin and English (to liaise with Chinese-speaking boss)

• Support finance and accounts when needed.

JOB SCOPE:

- Manage customer accounts

- Collect customer construction information and investment information and share it within the company. Information will be updated as needed

- Plan and execute sales strategies

- Prepare and submit tenders

- Oversee sales team to support various sales activities

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports

- Instruction and development of subordinates

- Perform contract review to ensure requirements are in line with quotation’s terms of supply and ensure documents/information are sufficient for production and delivery

REQUIREMENT:

- At least 3 years of sales work experience in Petrochemical Plant or Chemical Plant industry

- Effective communication skills with the ability to handle clients

- Experience negotiating prices with customers to receive construction order

(Possess good negotiation skills)

- Must have strong leadership capabilities

- Proficient with MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Job Purpose:

Responsible for implementing business plans relating to staff control, handles people issues, performs store-level support functions including customer service, scheduling, day-to-day operations, cashiering, loss prevention, maintenance, and back office support. He/she is responsible for the recruitment, training and motivating staff, and assisting in day-to-day activities of an outlet.

Responsibilities:

Business Operations

· Assist in the overall management of the outlet

· Handling emergency and difficult situation

· Coordinate daily roster and supervise attendance

· Supervise and coordinate, pre-meal meeting conducted with staff daily

· Project and order daily required supplies

· Provide co-ordination and services for both kitchen and service.

· Provide suggestions or develop new SOP to improve on operation.

· Liaise with food stall operators to address their needs and concerns.

· Ensure partners/vendors comply with contractual agreements and food court policies.

People Management

· In-charge of recruitment, selection and training of new hires

· Monitor and manage the staff performance including punctuality, customer service and food quality

· In-charge of overall supervision of the outlet/restaurant

· Facilitate innovation and lead staff to implement change

Customer Service

· Manage an efficient team of service staff by coach, training, and supervising staff to operate stations and deliver a great customer experience

· Ensure and maintain service quality and professional etiquette

Skills/Qualifications:

· At least 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in Foodcourt, managerial role

· Minimum ‘O’ level or Graduate Diploma in any field/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/ in F&B service or equivalent

· Willing to be involved in hands on operations

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Perform tasks independently or with minimum supervision

Responsibilities

• Lead and advise the sales team/ senior leaders on deal strategy and structuring (especially for complex deals) and alternative commercial solutions in a SaaS environment to win deals.
• Be an expert to provide guidance for SFDC CPQ quote and contract processes, driving pricing structure/ strategy and advising on commercial terms to safeguard the interest of Zscaler.
• Own the day to day deal/ pricing approvals for the applicable region, ensuring compliance to business rules and policies and escalate exceptions.
• Build strong partnership and collaborate with stakeholder functions like Sales, Product Management, Legal, Revenue Operation, Pricing, Sales Operation, Order Management and etc. to minimize/ remove friction in the entire quote to order booking processes to achieve the desirable outcome.
• Identify process and policy gaps and recommend improvements and best practices to enhance productivity and increase deal velocity.

Qualifications

· Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in deal management and pricing in a high-tech software/ SaaS industry.

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Finance or related field, or equivalent experience

· Possesses strategic thinking, strong understanding of the sales processes and methodologies and revenue recognition principles

· Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and knowledge with Salesforce.com, CPQ tools, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint, Clari, Tableau
