Job Description

Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:

• Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide support in manpower planning.

Employee Relations and Engagement:

• Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
• Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance workplace morale and productivity.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Performance Management:

• Implement and manage the performance appraisal process, ensuring it aligns with organizational goals and objectives.
• Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on performance-related issues.
• Develop and implement performance improvement plans as necessary.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with regulations.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and surveys to maintain equitable and competitive pay structures.
• Manage the annual salary review and bonus process.

Training and Development:

• Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
• Coordinate and manage training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.

HR Policies and Compliance:

• Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Provide guidance to employees and management on HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Ensure the organization adheres to employment laws and maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional HR certification is an advantage.
• At least 3-4 years of full spectrum HR experience in Senior HR, with a focus on areas such as recruitment, employee relations, and performance management etc.
• Previous experience in a senior HR role or as a Senior HR Generalist.

Job Description:

Our client seeks a candidate with experience in a professional corporate setting (B2B). This role involves a full spectrum of HR duties (Recruitment, Training & Development, Policies, Compensation & Benefits, etc)

• Oversee the full spectrum of human resource functions, including planning and budgeting, recruitment, compensation & benefits, training, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Handle work passes (including EP, SP and WP) related work in accordance with business needs such as application, renewal, cancellation, appealing and updating personal particulars to MOM etc.
• Formulate and implement recruitment strategies and talent management frameworks. Lead the sourcing, assessment, and selection processes, including managing work pass issues for foreign talent.
• Support key compensation and benefit activities such as Salary Increment, Performance Bonus, Promotion and Manpower Budgeting exercise.
• Administer the entire performance appraisal cycle, execute annual increment and promotion cycles, and oversee succession planning initiatives
• Manage compensation & benefits salary surveys, job matching, and related analysis to support market pricing and market benchmarking exercises
• Prepare regular HR related statistics and reports for management review;
• Support and coordinate training needs in accordance with business requirement;

• Review and maintain Safety Management System, Safe Work Procedures, and Risk Assessments.
• Identify improvement areas and monitor implementation of recommended measures through site inspections and team engagement.

Requirements:

• Registered WSHO & ECO Officer
• At least 5 working experience in construction industry (design & build/industrial warehouse)
• Working experience with A1 or A2 construction company.
