Overtime management

Payroll preparation

Leave recording and management

Work permit application/cancellation

Month end overtime reporting

Admin duties

Sourcing and Ordering of stationeries for the company

Sourcing and Ordering of materials for cleaners

Workers’ uniform / safety shoes stock monitoring
