RESPONSIBILITIES

• This position is for Office of Human Resources and Faculty Administration (HRFA).
• HR Technology Management
  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of HR Technology systems/platforms to improve and streamline HR operations, as well as enhancing the user experience for employees, line managers and HR users.
  • Serve as a liaison between HR function and IT/System implementation partner for the SAP SuccessFactors implementation project and ongoing technology initiatives/enhancements.
  • Lead the design and delivery of new/enhancement of HR technology solutions including HRIS (SAP HR ECC, SAP SuccessFactors modules) and other relevant 3rd party HR tools (e.g., Qliksense, Glint, Chronus, Microsoft Office Tools, Document management System) to meet the needs of the organization.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth rollout and integration between HR systems and other organizational platforms, aligning to business requirements.
  • Facilitate the change management process for the deployment of new systems or major updates to existing HR systems/modules.
• Data Management and Analytics/Reporting
  • Oversee the management of HR data, not limiting to data structure inventory, data accuracy and compliance with data privacy.
  • Drive HR analytics and through development of standard reports/dashboard to provide insights into key HR metrics to support data-driven decision making.
  • Partner with IT department to implement and monitor security measures to protect sensitive HR data and ensure data access control.
• Process Optimisation
  • Lead and collaborate with business owners (internal HR or external stakeholders) to operationalise the implementation of the HR/Academic policies and processes via technology.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes, workflow and improve user experience through technology enhancement/automation.
• Compliance and Vendor Management
  • Oversee and review users' access for all HR related systems, i.e., HRMS such as SAP HR/SuccessFactors, reporting tool such as Qliksense, electronic document management system, Intranet repository, 3rd party systems, etc. to ensure segregation of duties are being managed appropriately according to internal control guidelines.
  • Participate in the periodic audit review exercise, not limiting to users' access maintenance.
  • Manage relationship with HR technology vendors, together with the IT department, on system patches/upgrades, maintenance, adhering service level agreement, contract negotiation.
• Training and Documentation
  • Develop training materials, conduct training sessions for users on the use of HR technology platform. Create and maintain documentation, user guide, FAQs to support end-users to navigate the system effectively.
• Team Management
  • Lead and mentor the team members, providing guidance on project prioritization, continuous development and keeping up with new technology trends.

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of broad HR experience, with at least 3 years in HR technology implementation, or related roles, including leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of HR technology platforms, including HRMS (SAP HR ECC, SAP SuccessFactors), 3rd party faculty information system, survey platform (Glint).

Objectives

The Local Business Manager for ASEANZ is responsible to lead the Performance Materials business teams in ASEAN & ANZ to develop, enable & implement robust activities aimed at growth, to increase profitable contribution to all 3 Strategic Business Units in Performance Materials division. This role will also oversee the Performance Materials operation sites in Thailand (Bangpoo) and Malaysia (Toray BASF PBT Resin Malaysia and Pasir Gudang)

Responsibilities

Business Management

· Leads and manages the profitable growth of ASEAN & ANZ Business Management for all 3 Regional Business Managements.

· Develops sales & marketing strategies in alignment with Performance Materials division for ASEAN & ANZ.

Requirements

· Master’s / bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering/Plastics/Business Administration

JOB SUMMARY

This role will be responsible for oversight and management of service lines provided to a client of CBRE, balancing client priorities in the areas of cost, business and operational risk. This role is crucial in building and maintaining strong client relationships and will participate in expanding the growth of the account.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Acts as the single point of contact in region for account operations ensuring total contract compliance. This includes reaching all key performance indicators including quantitative cost savings and qualitative customer service specifications.
• Develops operational service delivery solutions and monitors effectiveness of maintenance efforts for facilities as assigned, ensuring work is completed in accordance with account KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators).
• Oversees applicable service lines based on contract structure which can include numerous variations of Facilities, Projects or Transaction Management.
• Coordinate quarterly performance reviews between the client and CBRE based on key performance indicators (KPIs) outlined in the executed contract. Optimizes current procedure while developing effective standard operating procedures (SOP) for the account.
• Partners with CBRE service line platforms engaging with subject matter experts to provide a diverse offering of innovative solutions to complex client problems. Involved in developing strategic plans, occupancy strategies and identifying cost efficiency opportunities.
• Evaluates outsource provider "hard services" contracts to ensure best pricing and service level performance.
• Manages account programs aimed to ensure safety and compliance with national, state and local codes and regulations. Examples include fire and life safety, environmental, or industry/client specific third-party compliance standards such as JCAHO, ISO 14001, cGMP, etc.
• Responsible for development and training to all field and management staff in areas of operational and technical requirements on a client account which includes service performance, technology, safety and compliance, cost savings initiatives, and regulatory requirements.
