-Plan, manage and executing events project, liasing with internal and external stakeholders from planning phase to post-event phase.

-Manage designer in artwork creation to align with marketing strategy

-Manage content creator in content creation to align with marketing strategy

-Work with the Creative Marketing Manager to set up new processes and systems to track and record performances, data and budget.

-Understanding consumer's behaviour, curate strategies to amplify consumer's experience to the best capacity

Probational Salary: $4500

Probation Period: 6 months, or undefined, based on performance.

Working days: Tuesday - Saturday (Weekends might be required depends on events)

Working hours: 11am - 8.30pm (Extra hours on event days or if task is not done)

JOB SPECIFICATION

1. Conceptualize and design all advertising and marketing materials to align with brand identity and campaign objectives.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional individuals and stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop design strategies for print and digital media (newsletter, press ads, digital posts/banners) to ensure effective communication to target customers.

3. Stay abreast of design trends and emerging technologies to expand skill sets.

4. Manage multiple design projects concurrently and ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Graphic Design Communication or equivalent
• Working experience in graphic design, preferably in a retail/fashion environment
• Proficient in Adobe Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Multimedia design or video editing knowledge is a plus
• Meticulous with an eye for details to review copy of content and layout
• Ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment.
• Possess strong communication skills

• Working Hours: Monday ~ Friday 9.00 am - 6.00 pm (flexi work hours available)

Position Overview: As our Creative Strategist, you'll be the mastermind behind crafting unforgettable event experiences that leave our clients awestruck and coming back for more with our creative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our clients to understand their vision, goals, and target audience for events and turn them into real.
• Let your imagination run wild as you brainstorm creative concepts and themes for our epic events.
• Develop detailed event proposals and presentations that outline creative concepts, event elements, and budget estimates.
• Work your magic with our internal dream team to bring your creative concepts to life.
• Provide artistic direction and guidance to ensure every detail is picture-perfect.
• Oversee the development of event collateral, including branding, signage, multimedia content, and interactive experiences.
• Ensure that every creative element aligns seamlessly with our clients' expectations and our project timelines.
• Continuously evaluate the success of our creative concepts and refine strategies for future events.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in creative production, event design, or related fields.
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate client objectives into compelling event experiences.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or other design software.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of event technology, trends, and best practices in experiential marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in design, marketing, communications, or a related field.
