Job Scope:

• Lead and manage existing resellers’ relationships to effectively achieve predefined business targets, strengthening sales growth and market share
• Identify, initiate and collaborate with resellers on trade marketing programs which add brand value, drive volume sales and increase resellers and customers’ satisfaction
• Seek out business opportunities by identifying new prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options, for new resellers
• Source for direct business relationship with jewellery manufacturers/pawnbrokers in selected SEA countries
• Partake in regional sales support for resellers such as regional meetings and trade shows. Deliver training including trade knowledge, and launching of new products to resellers
• Monitor competitors’ activities and conduct analysis on channels, categories and sales performance to identify business opportunities
• Attend customers’ inquiries via phone or email, complaints and coordinate with engineer and customer service to resolve application and technical problems
• Participate to support marketing to generate creative marketing contents to increase brand and product awareness
• Support and work closely with other departments to achieve common company objectives
• Any other duties as may be assigned

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer customer calls and register them in the service management system following the call management process and quality compliance requirements
• Assign and dispatch Field Services Engineers (FSE’s) to assign service orders based on the advice of the FSE with helpdesk / response center duty or the Team Lead Field Services (or Service Delivery Manager) in the district
• Coordinate inbound / outbound delivery of parts, and local shipment to customer site
• Plan & coordinate the Preventive Maintenance schedule with customers & FSE.
• Escalate to CS Delivery Manager for non-compliance
• Prepare services and spare parts quotations to customer following the Quotation Process and process customer purchase order for services and spare parts
• Compile service reports, parts delivery notes and other supporting documents for the purchase order invoicing
• Create quote based on requested services from a customer and send the approved quote to the customer.
• Follow up delivery status of ordered spare parts. Identify delivery issues and take corrective actions timely by working closely together with suppliers and physical distribution to resolve the issues
• Knowledge in using vlookup and pivot table in Excel is added advantage
• Any adhoc duties assigned by Superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE "O" Levels or above
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in SAP, MS Office Applications and possess good knowledge of Excel (Pivot table and vlookup)

• Handle circulating of internal credit limit application by performing basic checks (includes basic verification of the authenticity of the financial sheets and essential translation of financial statements when needed) in Risk Management and Control Dept
• Handle the customer/vendor/staff code registration by performing basic checks. Inform relevant parties e.g. Treasury team and applicant after verification is completed
• Generate monthly Overdue and Over Credit report. Identify overdue and overcredit items. Prepare summary table by entry of customer’s name and overdue/overcredit amount and distribute to business dept for their updates.
• Send the verified Monthly Summary Report to concerned parties.
• Collect overdue/overcredit from business dept and input the reasons and status/comments/ to the Monthly Report and submit to PIC for regional report collation.

• When necessary, handles the Credit Limit applications, Rescheduling applications & Delivery After Overdue which includes the complete routing process. From receiving applications from business unit, recording, circulating, and returning from other relevant administrative departments and notification.

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting and Finance
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
