Role Name: General Manager (GM) for Envac SEA

Reporting to CEO & Regional President of Envac Region Greater China, SEA & India

Depending on the experience and qualification of the candidate, this role could start with a 6 to 12 months of transition to learn about Envac systems and operations as a Senior Project Director or Acting as a Regional COO role. After this transition, he or she will serve as an independent General Manager (GM) for SEA including Singapore and Malysia. Description of the Role

We are seeking an experienced Application Development Manager to lead our development team. The ideal candidate will bring strong industry expertise, leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage projects and collaborate with global teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a development team to run digital transformation projects and operation support
• Collaborate with the Regional IT team to ensure seamless project coordination and communication.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of trading platforms and back office systems.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ensure IT operations, security, and infrastructure comply with best practices and adhere to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role to lead and drive high performance development team.
• Proven experience in developing and managing trading or back-office systems.
• Relevant experience in the financial sector (preferably Securities / Brokerage / Asset), with knowledge of MAS regulations.
• Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Solid understanding of the SDLC process.
