SERVICE TECHNICIAN, ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONICS

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Must be willing to Hands on
• Provide onsite field service technical support Island wide.
• Troubleshooting assistance at customer locations either residential or industrial area.
• Collection of approved quotation amount from the customer on completion of each job.
• Provide field fixes and quality feedback on product.
• Handle all Customer complaints and all repair works.
• Adhere to the defined processes and procedures of the service department.
• Prepare job cards for each job and getting authorization from the service supervisor.
• Must be willing to carry heavy home appliances. – Fridge, Microwave, washing machine etc.

• Candidate with good attitude, hardworking and down to earth.
• Working Location in the West – Toh Guan Road. Near Jurong East MRT
• 5.5 days. Working hours Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm/ Every Saturday 8.30am-12.30pm

Job Description
