Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations for services and spare parts in response to customer inquiries.
• Execute service tasks, including in-house repairs and on-site commissioning, for a range of gas and water quality analyzers, CEMS, and AQMS.
• Diagnose analyzer issues and advise customers on optimal solutions, adhering to company's standard procedures and safety protocols.
• Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships while delivering high-quality service support.
• Collaborate with customers to address service concerns and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Assist project teams in conducting Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) for projects.
• Identify opportunities to secure new preventive maintenance contracts.
• Conduct product training sessions for end-users and distributors.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Environmental, Science, Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification)
• Preferably 2 years of working experience or more in the analytical instruments or related field.
• Knowledge of gas analyzers, CEMS, and water quality analyzers would be advantageous.
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
• Good planning and time management skills to achieve job efficiency.
• Preferably possess own transport

Summary:

1. Guest Reception: Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor as they arrive at the restaurant. Manage the waiting list during peak hours, providing accurate wait time estimates.
2. Reservation Management: Answer phone calls and assist guests in making reservations. Maintain an organized and up-to-date reservation system.
3. Seating Coordination: Coordinate with the serving staff to ensure smooth and efficient table turnover. Show guests to their tables and present menus.
4. Guest Inquiries: Provide information about the restaurant, menu, and special promotions. Address guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and courtesy.
5. Guest Service: Maintain complete knowledge of all menu items. Prepare and check tables before service. Clear and reset tables.

Requirements:

• NITEC or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus.
• Previous experience in a fine-dining setting is a plus.
• Impeccable grooming and professional appearance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
