• Oversee the daily operations of the Centre

Receptionist Duties

1. Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

2. Assist with basic administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.

3. Work closely with other administrative staff to support overall office functions.

4. Welcome all visitors warmly and professionally as they arrive.

5. Inquire about their purpose of visit and guide them appropriately.

6. Manage visitor logs and ensure all guests sign in and out.

7. Issue visitor badges or passes as required.

8. Notify relevant staff members of visitor arrivals.

HR Administration

1. Coordinate and administer on employee perks such as long service award, gift basket, new born, birthday celebration email to staff

2. Coordinate and raise HR-related vendor quotes, POs and payments as needed

3. Monitor overall HR budget and report on a monthly basis

4. To support administratively and coordination as needed (including handling the overseas/guests and attending to all deliveries to office.

5. Assisting the EA/PA on offsite as and when needed help.

About the Team

The team dedicated to time series databases oversees the complete data engine for the ByteDance backend service monitor. This monitor serves as the fundamental system ensuring the reliability of the site and checking the health status of the service. The team's primary goal is to maintain the systems at their utmost availability and implement highly automated systems and pipelines. They specifically concentrate on enhancing scalability, optimizing performance, and controlling costs for a data set exceeding 100 petabytes, aiming to establish a cutting-edge observability infrastructure in the industry. Joining this skilled team means contributing to the management of a multi-tenant time series database.

What you will be doing:

1. Participate in the design and implementation of an in-house observability solution, which is one of the largest internal platforms;

2. Be the owner of products, not only a developer, improving product experience continuously;

3. Work closely with product managers to understand, improve and deliver product requirements.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field with at least 4 years of relevant experience;

- Proficient in Golang (go) programming language and familiar with common Linux commands;

- Experience in open-source observability solutions like ELK, Grafana, Prometheus, InfluxDB, or solutions for cloud providers like AWS CloudWatch, Google Cloud Operations;

- Familiar with MySQL/NoSQL databases and capable of writing proper queries;

- In-depth understanding of the implementation principles surrounding distributed systems;

- Skilled in autonomous reasoning, adept at preemptively recognizing issues, and possess a methodical approach to problem analysis and resolution.

Who are you?

You will play an important role in supporting the development, implementation, and management of a high-quality network of healthcare providers by providing crucial administrative support to the TPA team.

Key Responsibilities

• Create new user accounts on internal systems and management/tracking of these user accounts.
• Ensure panel provider listings are updated at all times and sent to external stakeholders timely on a regular basis.
• Track all specialist referral requests and ensure that all requests are completed timely.
• Liaise with patients over phone calls, whatsapp or emails to assist their queries or guide them to complete making of specialist appointment.
• Scan and upload specialist documents and informing GP doctors of the updated specialist documents.
• Create invoices to clients and payment advices to clinics.
• Ensure that the invoices and payment advices are sent to external stakeholders timely on a regular basis.
• Liaise with Finance to ensure that all invoices and payment advices are in order and documented.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
