The Senior Director, Client Success is a leadership role, responsible for managing a team of Client Success Managers who build post-sales relationships with clients to drive and increase adoption and utilization of company products and services.

Our Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years of experience developing marketing strategies to support the Strategic Advisory Group and make recommendations based on an understanding of the business and market dynamics, as well a client needs and insights
• In-depth B2B marketing experience
• Experience in tracking marketing budget/spend related to coverage sector marketing activities, establishing metrics to evaluate ROI against CIB Business and Marketing scorecards
• Ability to develop marketing strategies that puts client data, analytics and insights at the centre, with clear articulation of how marketing is supporting specific business outcomes

What You’ll Do

• Drive Sales Pipeline & Execution: Lead the full sales cycle for Epsilon's Digital Media Solutions, Yieldify, and Retail Media solutions, from prospecting to deal closure.
• Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture deep relationships with key stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to align Epsilon’s solutions with the client's business objectives.
• Achieve Revenue Targets: Deliver quarterly and annual revenue targets by closing new contracts and ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with Client Services, Product, and Delivery teams.
• Market Penetration & Growth: Secure high-value clients and drive significant revenue growth by penetrating new markets in SEA and establishing strategic partnerships.
• Consultative Sales & Negotiation: Apply business acumen to understand client needs, market trends, and offer consultative solutions. Negotiate and close contracts with key decision-makers.

What You’ll Bring

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Leadership & Revenue Achievement: Over 15 years of leadership experience with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving significant revenue growth, particularly in AdTech and MarTech
• Proven Deal-Closing Abilities: Demonstrated success in closing large media sales, AdTech or MarTech deals through strategic planning, focus, and drive
• Market Expertise: Deep understanding of the Media/Advertising sales landscape in Southeast Asia, with significant experience in AdTech and Retail Media in the region
• Client Management & Consultative Sales: Expertise in managing client relationships, particularly in ad solutions, direct marketing, and agency environments. Proficiency in consultative sales and solution selling approaches
• Strategic Planning & Analytics: Strong strategic planning skills with a solid quantitative background. Ability to leverage analytics to inform sales strategies
• Negotiation & Communication Skills: Exceptional negotiation abilities and communication skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders and managing complex sales processes
• Digital Marketing Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of Digital Marketing, marketing technology, and data solutions. Proven ability to use this expertise to drive business development and client acquisition
• Industry Network & Collaboration: Strong network within the industry, with a history of collaborating with executives from advertising agencies and various verticals. Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to drive strategy and secure new client logos
