Main Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Manage accounts receivables (AR) and accounts payables (AP) functions

- Process and Perform Invoices, PO, Deliveries, Project formalities

- Perform data entries, prepare and assist in day-to-day operation in accounting

- Email correspondence with external stakeholders/ Vendors

- Work on Project Management cost

- Assist in month-end closing and reconciliation of daily, monthly and yearly transactions

- Undertake any ad-hoc duties including admin duties, as and when assigned

- Handle MOM processing

- Manager entire admin and operation work of the organization.

Requirements:

- Have relevant education in Finance/Accounting/Multimedia/IT

- The successful candidate should be proficient with computers and other standard office technology and is meticulous in carrying out work orders.

- In addition, he/she should be able to work under minimal supervision and have good communication skills

- Good Knowledge of MS Office and Email Communication

- Singaporeans or PR preferred

Responsibilities

• Administer and control project documents and information, including drawing standards and templates from various internal and external stakeholders..
• Provide document control service to client as per project requirement
• Ensure completeness of incoming/outgoing of documents/drawings as per transmittal
• Proper registering of all incoming/outgoing documents/drawings
• Ensure the correct distribution of documents/drawings to respective stakeholders

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform accounts receivable functions for day-to-day operations and reporting needs.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• To carry out field service attendances to troubleshoot & repair Deck Cranes, Grabs, Windlasses, Hatch Cover Hydraulics and Davits.

REQUIREMENTS:

The successful candidate will have solid working experience with marine crane and deck machinery makers such as:

• MacGREGOR
• IHI
• MITSUBISHI
• LIEBHERR
• TTS MARINE
• TSUJI
• HATLAPA
• PUSNES, NIPPON PUSNES etc.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• Min 5 years' experience in inspection, troubleshooting and repairing Marine Cranes, Windlasses & other hydraulic systems.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of PLC controlled electro-hydraulic cranes & hydraulic machinery.
• Able to read and comprehend electric and hydraulic diagrams.
• Able to independently troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic and mechanical problems.
• Able to supervise a team of mechanics and carry out large repair projects as Lead Engineer on board, on voyage and in Ship Yards.
• Able to write technical reports and able to communicate with owners' representatives.
• Sailing experience as Electrical Officer (E/O) on bulker vessels equipped with deck cranes will be an added advantage
• Previous employment as service engineer with one of the leading deck crane manufacturers will be an added advantage.
• Experience with variable frequency drives (VFD) will be an added advantage

• To perform the project accounting and partial of financial accounting which includes the GL & Reporting functions, daily operations and month-end-closing.

Responsibilities

• Run & review WIP report early of each month & analyze the project result and request explanation for any project loss/cost overrun.
• Review & verify payments to vendors.
• Review staff payroll and employees’ expenses claims.
• Prepare monthly management reports for group team.
• Liaise with external parties such as Auditor, Tax agents, Company Secretaries, and relevant parties.
• Prepare audit schedules and support auditor in conducting external audit.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accounting or Professional Accounting Qualification
