Qualifications

• Degree in Civil / Structural / Land Surveying
• At least 5 years of working experience in civil and building works.
• Candidate with LTA/MRT precast viaduct erection projects experience will be an advantage
• Must be fit and able to work outdoors
• Preferred with knowledge in AutoCAD 2D & 3D and some design software
• Have extensive experience in handling viaduct pre-camber data, viaduct geometry control and coordination with other parties involve for accurate results.
• Experience in analysing data, perform complex measurements and calculations and recording results accurately.
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Keen eye for details

Job Description:

- Managing PR/PO quotation request and follow up with stakeholders on progress.

- Coordinate office activities and operations.

- Provide administrative support to operations team.

- Monitor department CAPEX expenditure.

- Scheduling meeting and appointment for department HOD as required.

- Prepare and consolidate presentation materials and support minutes writing for meetings.

- Any other administrative duties assigned.
