• Carry out preliminary activities related to operations and assist Senior / Operations Executives to carry out the works.

• Tracking of operational records to ensure works performed or delivered duty by vendors

• Participate in linen inventory conducted by the department

• Receive complaints/instructions and relays it to Senior / Operations Executives, concerned for actions and follow-up

• Attend to enquiries from internal staff and external personnel immediately and to provide appropriate advice

• Report to respective party on facilities fault/cleanliness

• Responsible to perform the administrative works required and maintain proper filling system for area assigned

• Assists in the administrative aspect of ISO’s activities including the validity of licenses and NEA waste e-tracking
