Skills & Qualification:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Health & Safety role.

• Experience managing Blue Collared workmen - right from hiring, retaining & managing the expectations of the employees would be an added advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Familiar with the local labour, health and safety legislation.

Job Description

The Patient Service Officer is to manage daily patients' discharge and preparations of their bills. She will be taught to handle the submissions of Medisave/ Medishield Life claims including those the Private Medical Insurance claims through The MidiClaim system.

Responsibilities:

• Process patients' refunds through cheques and credit cards in a timely manner.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing for submission to relevant authorities for Medisave / Medishield claims
• Check ledger to ensure the accuracy in billing including the Letter of Certification
• Performs daily discharges of patients form wards. Provide itemized detailed bills and private medical insurers as and when requested
• All other ad-hoc duties that are assigned from time to time
• Working hours - Mon to Fri :8:30am to 5pm/ Sat or Sun 8:30am to 1pm
