Core responsibilities:
• Develop strategic objectives related to sales and marketing functions
• Manage Sales and Marketing Team
• Grow Agent Network
• Monitor competitor activities
• Ensure Sales and Marketing processes are followed
• Manage marketing collaterals, design and content
• Create and maintain marketing and travel budget
• Coordinate with HR department to hire and train staff

• A bachelor’s degree holder with minimum 2 years’ work experience in similar capacity in a PEI with proven student recruitment track record or any sales experience.
