• Work experience as a Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Agent or similar role
• Understanding of supply chain procedures

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) Functions and credit control operations within the finance department
• Assist in trade finance functions
• Liaising with customers on invoices and payments
• Prepare and monitor AR Aging reports and follow up on overdue invoices
• Maintaining General Ledger for AR
• Ensure correct figures, postings and documents for GL postings
• Preparation and sending of invoices
• Preparation of reports for cash flow management
• Update Exchange rates tables

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
• 2 or more years of experience in AR management and credit control operations
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel
• Experience in Xero accounting software
• Knowledge and experience in Crypto accounting (nice but not necessary)

Location: Singapore (Preferred)/HK

Responsibilities:

• Carry out site supervision in compliance with contracts specifications and drawings for Addition & Alteration, Repair & Redecoration and Reroofing Works.
• Handle contract administration duties pertaining to projects supervised.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / Civil Engineering / NCCS or related
• Candidate with Resident Technical Officer Certification preferred
• Min. 2 years of related working experience

Description:

• Monitor & follow up on Lease documentations & monies required
• Preparation of Letters of Offer and floor plans and documents to be attached before issuance
• Liaise with Solicitors in preparation and checking of draft Tenancy Agreement
• Preparation of Variation Letters related to leases
• Liaise with surveyor / IRAS (unit numbering)
• Perform data entry, update & maintain Simplicity, POS systems
• Assist in Lease Management System / POS (and liaison with POS team)/ GTO Portal for tenants' sales submission / Audited Sales (liaising with tenants on submission)
• Prepare & liaise with Finance on retail billing
• Provide administrative support to the leasing department which includes filing, photocopying, document circulation, internal / external courier

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level with credit in English
• Able to converse in Mandarin (to interact with Chinese-speaking associates)
• Systematic, organized and meticulous
• Well-versed and proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially in Excel)

• Monitor and assess training program effectiveness.
• Liaise between employees and external trainers.
• Collaborate with government educational institutions.
• Keep accurate training records and documents.
• Recommend improvements for training programs.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Human Resource with prior HR internship working experience.
