A. Job Description

The Operation Executive provides admin and technical support to the team. He will help to organise and support training programmes of Caring for Life (CFL), for people with suicide ideation and community carers. As part of outreach efforts to reach these people in need, he/she will help to coordinate training sessions, engage, and work with CFL partners. o Assist all guests with reservation enquires, finding the best possible solution to meet both the guest’s preferences and the operational needs of ATLAS

o Answer any calls from the main ATLAS phone line, handing all such communications in a friendly, hospitable, and professional manner
